For the DEN 7 Model Penthouse, Melissa Mitchell developed a curated furniture from Habitat Muebles, decorative lighting, rugs, and accessories proposal designed to enhance the apartment’s contemporary architecture, open layout, floor-to-ceiling windows, and panoramic urban views.

Mar Vista Outdoor Living

A custom outdoor living project designed to create a warm, comfortable, and timeless terrace experience in Marvista, Flamingo.

For this project, Meli Mitchell developed the design proposal, furniture direction, and final layout for an open-air terrace, creating a relaxed yet refined setting for everyday living, gathering, and enjoying the surrounding tropical landscape.

Each piece was custom made by Maralma Home, combining natural wood structure with soft upholstered cushions in a clean neutral palette. The design focused on comfort, proportion, durability, and a seamless connection between the indoor living areas and the outdoor terrace.

From concept and custom production to delivery and installation, the project was fully coordinated to bring together a cohesive outdoor space with handcrafted character, natural textures, and a quiet sense of coastal elegance.
